ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SERVICE AGREEMENT PROVISIONS

By posting an advertisement on the Lokatix.net website and by using or consulting said site, the MEMBER agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions and to adhere to all provisions of this Agreement. The use of the website by the MEMBER is conditioned upon their acceptance of the provisions of this Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions.

By accessing and using this website, you consent to abide by the Terms of Use concerning the external links policy. You are authorized to add external links only in the space provided for this purpose. You agree not to publish your email address, website, or any other link in the advertisement's description section. Non-compliance with this rule may result in the suspension of your account.

SALE CONDITIONS

Lokatix.net commits to maintaining active on its website, for the duration agreed upon at the time of ordering through the Lokatix.net website or by any other means agreed between the MEMBER and Lokatix.net, any advertisement posted on the Lokatix.net website, even in the case, by way of example, that the property advertised is rented in a shorter period than that for which it was to be advertised.

No refund will be made to the MEMBER or to any person regarding any advertisement that is the subject of a publication on the Lokatix.net website, even if the property is rented or if the advertisement concerning it is no longer required and/or desired before the end of the scheduled publication period of the advertisement.

Any package sale by Lokatix.net regarding publication on its website is final.

PRICING

The rates for publishing advertisements on the Lokatix.net website are indicated on this site. The MEMBER must acknowledge them when placing an advertisement and accept the applicable rate.

Lokatix.net reserves the right to modify the rates listed on the website at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not be applicable to packages previously subscribed to by the MEMBER with Lokatix.net during such modifications.

Lokatix.net may refuse to publish the advertisement, without notice, if the USER is in default of paying any amount due to Lokatix.net within thirty (30) days following the issue date of an invoice.

Lokatix.net shall not be liable for any delays in performance (clicks and/or impressions) resulting from any issues beyond Lokatix.net's control, including but not limited to viruses, hardware failures, loss of site traffic, programming errors, or data center connection failure hosting Lokatix.net;

PRIVACY POLICY, BEHAVIOR, PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION

Lokatix.net will take all necessary and appropriate precautions to prevent unauthorized access to this site, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the correct use of information provided by MEMBERS. When you provide information to Lokatix.net, Lokatix.net will take necessary precautions to establish a secure connection with your server. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments made online. As a MEMBER, you will receive a username and password to access the control panel.

Under no circumstances will Lokatix.net be liable to the MEMBER and/or to any person, for the actions, behavior, statements, terms used, and any other gesture that may be made or posed by the MEMBER or by any person in the framework, directly or indirectly, of the use of the Lokatix.net website.

Moreover, Lokatix.net will not be responsible for the use that the MEMBER and/or any other person could make of the information that he/she may obtain on the Lokatix.net website or through said website.

This exemption from liability applies to information of any kind, and in particular, to information concerning personal details such as telephone numbers and email addresses, which could be disclosed in the context of the use of the website and related services. Lokatix.net disclaims all responsibility for actions that may be taken by the MEMBER and/or by any other person with regard to this information, or following the obtaining by the MEMBER and/or by any other person, of these pieces of information of any kind.

PASSWORD AND USER NAME

The MEMBER is responsible for the use that will be made on the Lokatix.net website of his username and password. The MEMBER also guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by themselves on the site or by any other member of their family, their associates, and more generally by any natural or legal person acting on their behalf.

CHANGES

Lokatix.net reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertisement if it deems it inappropriate, at its sole discretion, and without the need for any reason or justification in this regard. Similarly, Lokatix.net reserves the discretionary right to review and, if it deems it appropriate, to ask the MEMBER to modify any advertisement, with a view to or during its publication on the Lokatix.net website. In addition, each account has a limit of FIFTY (50) advertisements, and no advertisement may be duplicated in one or more accounts. Lokatix.net reserves the right to remove any ad that has been dubbed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published on this site is protected by copyright. The content and copyright in the content are owned or controlled by InnoLogiciel Inc., and its logo is a registered trademark. It is forbidden to use any trademark appearing on this site or on any other site accessible through this one without the written authorization of Lokatix.net or the holder of the rights to this trademark. Any MEMBER expressly guarantees to Lokatix.net that all text elements, photos, drawings, trademarks, or other elements provided to Lokatix.net for publication in the web pages accessible through this site are the property of the MEMBER, or that this MEMBER has the authorization of the holder of the rights concerned, to use any element concerned. Any MEMBER undertakes to hold Lokatix.net harmless and to defend it, as well as its subcontractors, against any claim or against any recourse that may be brought against it following the use of such elements provided by the MEMBER. We keep statistics on the behavior and habits of MEMBERS, in order to allow us to evaluate the interest of MEMBERS in the various sectors of this site. The information thus obtained is used only internally, with the aim of improving the content of this site, providing you with an optimal experience during your visit to this site, and better adapting the site to the needs of MEMBERS, particularly regarding the layout of web pages and sections.

SPAM

Lokatix.net prohibits the use of this site for the purpose of sending spam to MEMBERS. MEMBERS who have thus contravened this condition will be liable to have their account closed, at the sole discretion of Lokatix.net.

This site contains links to websites not managed or controlled by Lokatix.net, content, products, and services provided by third parties, including users, advertisers, affiliates, and sponsors of this site. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Lokatix.net and you regarding the use of this site. Lokatix.net's failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of any provision herein shall not constitute a waiver of any provision or right. The fact that any of these conditions is declared void, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction does not affect the other provisions hereof.
