Looking for: house for rent by end of year

Looking for a pet friendly house to rent, non smoking, two bathrooms. Must have yard space for gardening (existing garden beds not required) and ideally featuring a finished basement with a full bathroom. Quiet tenants, one senior and one adult with cat. Hoping to move in between November and January, will wait for the right house. Would prefer St. James and west of St. James.
