move in/out fees are illegal

QR Code Link to This Post the RTA states that unless you are part of a strata (ie: you own) move in and out fees are not legal under the act. this is a cash grab. as well, you do not have to show a receipt of professional cleaning. you do not have to prove that your unit is clean of fleas (if you had a pet). and you are not responsible for wear and tear. stay away from Onni projects wether renting or buying. and know your rights.
